About

This site is for someone with an Android interview coming up who wants to revise quickly. Every answer is written to be said out loud in an interview rather than read like documentation.

Answers lead with the answer. The first sentence tells you the thing, and the reason and the code follow. They are kept short on purpose, because length is not depth and you are revising, not studying.

Every question sits on a topic page rather than a page of its own, so you can read a whole area in one go and use browser find to jump around. Answers are always open, never hidden behind a click, which is also what makes find work.

Questions are sorted into three tiers. Essential ones are asked in almost every interview, common ones turn up regularly, and the rest sit at the bottom of each page under a heading that says less common, worth knowing.

The site is not affiliated with Google LLC in any way. Android is a trademark of Google LLC and is used here only to describe what the questions are about.
